Executive and Health Coaching

Our coaching methodology combines the disciplines of Executive and Positive Health Coaching to enable individuals to achieve their professional goals whilst also supporting them to flourish in their personal lives.  Leadership success and personal wellbeing are deeply connected..  Building a solid foundation for success based on Dr Seligman's 5 pillars of wellbeing, PERMA (positive emotion, engagement, relationships, meaning and accomplishment) plus Health is a key component of our approach to coaching.  

How is coaching different from therapy or mentoring

Coaching focuses on forward-looking growth and achieving specific goals, while therapy often deals with past issues or trauma.  Mentoring typically involves receiving advice and guidance from a more experienced, senior leader in your field. Coaching helps you to generate your own insights and solutions.

How many sessions will I need?  

It depends on your goals. Many clients commit to 6-12 sessions to enable the generation of meaningful insight, development of plans, practice and implementation of sustainable change.   

Do you offer virtual coaching?

Yes, most clients choose virtual sessions for flexibility and convenience.  In-person sessions may also be arranged dependent upon location.
